Let's make Julie's mousse!
(last line refers to my cousin John's French wife Julie, maker of a delicious chocolate mousse that requires six eggs. I made it only once -- with marginal success, for my brother John's birthday -- but I would definitely try again. After all, besides the eggs, it's chocolate, butter & sugar... a person has to work really hard to make that combination unappealing! And if, when life hands you lemons, you should make lemonade... then when life hands you eggshells, you'd better hope the eggs got separated so you can make mousse!)
